Types of Content on This Website
Our license terms vary slightly depending on the type of content. The following categories cover everything published on Brainrot Characters:
1. Hand-drawn original artwork
This includes our coloring pages, decorative borders, character spotlight illustrations, blog post header images, and any other artwork drawn by our team. All hand-drawn artwork is original creative work owned by Brainrot Characters Team.
2. Written content
This includes character lore, descriptions, blog articles, guides, FAQs, and any other written material on our website. Our written content is original work and protected under copyright.
3. Battle arena and gameplay graphics
This includes the battle arena UI, character cards, leaderboard graphics, badges, trophies, and any visual elements that are part of our interactive features.
4. Logos and branding
The “Italian Brainrot” logo, our site icon, and any other branding elements are protected trademarks. They cannot be reused without permission, even for non-commercial purposes.
5. AI-assisted user creations
When users create their own brainrot characters using our character creator tool, those creations have a shared rights structure described in detail below.
6. Source meme characters
The original Italian Brainrot meme characters (Tralalero Tralala, Bombardiro Crocodilo, Ballerina Cappuccina, and others) originated in the broader Italian Brainrot internet community. We claim no ownership over the meme characters themselves — only over our specific illustrated and written interpretations of them.

About User-Created Characters
Our character creator tool allows users to design their own brainrot characters using AI-assisted art generation and original backstories. The rights structure for user-created content is as follows:
Rights you retain
- You own the creative concept and original backstory you write
- You may share screenshots and images of your character on social media
- You may use your character in non-commercial personal contexts (avatar, profile picture, fan art)
- You may request deletion of your character at any time by contacting us
Rights you grant to us
By submitting a character to our platform, you grant Brainrot Characters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Display your character on our website and in our battle arena
- Include your character in leaderboards, statistics, and showcases
- Feature your character in promotional content for our website
- Use your character in compilation graphics and “best of” content
- Modify the visual presentation for technical reasons (resizing, formatting, optimizing)
Important limitations
- You must not submit characters that infringe on existing copyrights, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property
- You must not submit characters that violate our community standards (hate speech, sexual content, harassment)
- The AI-generated artwork itself is subject to the terms of the underlying AI image generation service
- If you submit a character, you confirm you have the right to do so
Italian Brainrot Meme Characters — Public Meme Status
The original Italian Brainrot characters (Tralalero Tralala, Bombardiro Crocodilo, Ballerina Cappuccina, Brr Brr Patapim, Cappuccino Assassino, Tung Tung Tung Sahur, and others) originated as viral memes within the broader Italian Brainrot internet community starting in early 2024. These characters exist in the public meme culture and are not exclusively owned by any single party.
What we own is our specific illustrated interpretations of these meme characters, our written character lore and backstories, our decorative borders and themed frames, and our original character creations that are not part of the original meme set. The meme characters themselves are free for anyone to reference and create their own art for. This license governs only our specific artwork and written content, not the broader meme phenomenon.
