The character belongs to the same prolific catalog of fruit-and-animal hybrids that includes Cocofanto Elefanto and Tukanno Bananno, and was later adapted into the Roblox phenomenon Steal a Brainrot as a Secret-tier brainrot generating $1 million per second. Visually, Graipuss Medussi fuses a translucent jellyfish body with a head shaped like a tight cluster of ripe purple and green grapes. Long jelly-like tentacles trail beneath the cluster, and a faint mischievous smile sits among the round fruits. The original meme depicts the creature drifting beneath moonlit Pacific waters, glowing softly, surrounded by champagne bubbles. Within the Italian Brainrot universe, Graipuss represents a quieter, more melancholic register than the chaotic combatants.
