Visually, Espressona Signora wears an all-black strapless dress and has a coffee mug for a head, similar to her sister but with a darker, edgier aesthetic. She has a beauty mark on her left cheek near her mouth, and her overall demeanor exudes seduction and danger. Some depictions show her in a cartoony art style that distinguishes her from the more realistic imagery used for other brainrots.

In the lore, Espressona Signora is the primary antagonist of the coffee storyline.
